During this workshop, Professor Flowers will share conclusions reached from creation of the Life Passages: PSNT Best Practices Guidelines which is the compilation of a review of policy and procedure manuals that are currently used by some PSNTs, conversations with a number of  PSNT administrators and editing by a group of experts in the field of PSNT. Stephen Dale will share the progress made on creating a network of direct support agencies in California that is partnering with pooled trusts in California and plans to extend the network nationally.
The goal of the presentation is to engage in an interactive discussion with attendees to share progress with the Life Passage Planning project as well as get input from attendees about relevance of activities for their pooled trust programs.
